![]() In each and every time I contacted customer support, if I wanted any help further than "refer to our website that contains no information regarding your question", I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Each representative had to "elevate" the problem in order to get it resolved AKA, the problem falls into the oblivion. I called or contacted customer support roughly 10 total times to get 3 different issues resolved. They never sent my exam results, have not refunded me, or even sent me a SINGLE email in regard to my issues. They do not notify you of all the required documents and promptly kick you out of your exam if you don't have any of them in order anyway. I was unable to access my first exam even after "testing" my computer for software compatibility, never got a refund, was kicked out of my second exams, and have yet, A FULL MONTH LATER, to be contacted in any way by customer support. ![]() User's recommendation: Horrible experience! Speechless to such disastrous company If you are planning to take an exam with PSI, don't bother yourself. Before attending any school, do your research. You need to tell them 100 times or maybe more to make them understand what is going on! Overall, this place is a disaster. ![]() If they perceive their company to be endangered, they do everything to not lower their ranking, even if I filed a complaint from the state! There is a possibility that you put public health at risk due to this! It is really shameful for America! I hope the government takes serious action against organizations like you! As far as your representatives are concerned, they are horrible. Remember, all cameras, ID scans, and online strict protocols for online testing are a joke! You didn't even find my real exam report. Unfortunately, I don't have time to make it right, if everything goes smoothly. Although I received my result, it is not the actual result because I took my exam on a different date, and the result is for a different date. In their email, they put Glendale, the same building address as before! Being a liar is part of your company's etiquette and value. He lied! He sent me to other locations, and they said, "No, we are in Glendale." When I returned again, the security guard yelled at me and said, "They moved from here 4 months ago!" On the same day, after one hour, finally, after filing a complaint against them and speaking with more than 20 representatives and supervisors, I received my result from PSI. However, upon arrival, the security informed me that they had moved from there. I had not received my score after 18 days! I was speechless and decided to drive an hour to their location, hoping they could do something for me. I have never seen such an organization in my entire life. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, and they should be shut down. How can a company be so incompetent, they are effecting people's livelihood and commerce. They test for all professions, including government entities. I have reported this to my State Senator, Washington State attorney general, I have a real estate attorney looking into it, I called the Dept of licensing real estate commissioner to report the incident. You can't get past the front person when you call in and none of them are helpful to say the least. When asked to speak to a manager, I was told that one is not available. When I follow up it's always the same response, will escalate and take 3-5 days. I have been trying diligently every day since then only to be told that PSI will escalate to get my exam and will need to wait 3-5 days. I can call the next day and get my test results. As I was finishing the exam, the computers were acting up, I was told my exam was saved and not lost. I took my managing brokers real estate exam on 4/5/23. There's so many phone numbers and extentions, you'll never get the answers you need. Can someone please help me resolve this issue? Unfortunately, I still have to take the test through this horrible company. I've requested a refund as well, no response. Customer service at this company is either incompetent or just horrible at their jobs. FOUR TIMES now, I've done this to no avail. They send an email of what they think will resolve the problem, then you never hear from that person again. They don't even ask you what the problem is. I've had only two people respond-with incorrect information. I have reached out four different times within a matter of a week regarding this issue. I'm overwhelmed and stressed even more now than before. Practicing for a life-changing exam is already a daunting task. Paid for the practice exam and scheduled my test just for them to not give me access to the practice test I paid for. ![]()
